All Sales Are Final

At Sullivan Owen, all sales are final. This means that once you make a purchase, you cannot return or exchange the item. It's important to carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item from Sullivan Owen, we want to make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is an issue. You can reach us at shop@sullivanowen.com 

When reporting a defective or damaged item, we may ask you to provide a few photos so that we can evaluate the issue. We will then guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Once we confirm that the damaged item is on its way back to us, we will send you a replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without any justification. To initiate the return process, please contact us at shop@sullivanowen.com.

When returning an item from the European Union, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We will provide you with an insured return label to send the item back to us. Please ensure that you pack the item securely using the original packaging materials.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Policy

Orders from Sullivan Owen typically begin shipping on the Monday following the sale date. We strive to ship all orders by the end of the day on Wednesday.

We primarily use UPS as our carrier, as they allow us to properly insure our products. During checkout, you will have the option to choose from different shipping speeds and costs based on your location.

Shipping within the USA 48 Contiguous States

For single vases, shipping within the 48 contiguous states is a flat rate of $25 for ground delivery service. If you prefer a faster shipping option, 3-day select service is available for a flat rate of $65.

For orders of two vases, the shipping cost is a flat rate of $50 for ground delivery service.

Orders of three or more vases qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Please note that these orders may arrive in multiple cartons.

Overnight service is available but can be quite expensive. We recommend considering this option only in case of a vase emergency.

Shipping to USA Alaska, Hawaii, and Territories

Shipping options and rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories will be calculated in real-time by UPS. We understand that these rates may be higher due to the distance, but please note that we do not charge any additional handling fees or make any profit from the shipping rates set by UPS.

International Deliveries

For international deliveries, we prefer to use DHL as our carrier. The checkout page will provide you with real-time shipping rates based on your location.
