Shipping & Delivery
Every order is packed by hand in my home studio in Philadelphia. This is where each vase receives its final polish—signature, branding details, and gift-ready boxing—before it makes its way to you.
We ship via UPS, which allows us to properly insure and track each package.
Processing Time
Holidays 2025-Please allow for up to 4 business days for your orders to ship and/or be picked up.
Please allow 2-3 business days for me to prepare and ship your order. During launch weeks or restocks, it may take a bit longer as I inspect and pack each vase with care.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real-time discounted UPS rates. I don’t charge handling fees—what you see is what UPS charges.
International Shipping
We ship internationally through Shopify’s Managed Markets program, which simplifies checkout by calculating duties, taxes, and import fees upfront. It also provides access to reduced global shipping rates, often more than 50% lower than prior international quotes.
Just enter your shipping details at checkout to see your total, including any applicable fees.
Please note: International shipping costs are influenced by tariffs and trade regulations, including recently implemented and pending tariffs. These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and are outside our control. We do not profit from international shipping—we simply aim to get your vase to you safely and affordably.
